Lion's Den AI ("we," "us") provides communication tools for local businesses, including an automated missed-call text-back service. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

We collect the phone numbers and message content of people who contact a business we serve — for example, when a customer calls a business and the call is not answered, we record that phone number in order to send an automated text reply. We also collect basic account information from the businesses that use our service.

How we use information

We use this information solely to deliver the service: sending an automatic text back to a caller a business missed, helping that business respond, and notifying the business owner. We do not use consumer phone numbers for our own marketing.

SMS / text messaging

Consumers receive a text message only after they have initiated contact by calling a participating business. Every messaging program includes clear opt-out instructions — reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share consumer phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. All categories of information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Business & sales outreach messaging

Separately from the missed-call service described above, our own team may send SMS messages to business prospects who verbally agree to receive them during a phone conversation with us — for example, texting a product demo link to a contractor after we speak with them by phone. We do not text prospects who have not given consent, and we do not use purchased lists. Every message identifies Lion's Den AI and includes opt-out instructions — reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. This opt-in consent and the associated contact information are never shared with or sold to any third parties.

Data sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as our telecommunications carrier), and only as needed to deliver the messaging service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & security

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
