These Terms govern your use of services provided by Lion's Den AI ("we," "us"), including our automated missed-call text-back and related communication tools.

The service

We provide software that, on behalf of a participating business, automatically sends a text message to a caller when that business misses a call, and helps the business respond. Businesses that use the service are responsible for their own compliance with applicable laws and for the content of communications sent on their behalf.

SMS messaging terms

By calling a participating business, a consumer may receive an automated text reply from that business. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for help. We honor all opt-out requests promptly. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used to send unlawful, harassing, misleading, or unsolicited marketing messages. Messages are limited to responding to consumers who have initiated contact with the business.

Fees

Businesses subscribing to the service agree to the pricing presented at sign-up. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time per the plan terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lion's Den AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
