The service
We provide automated missed-call text-back and follow-up communication tools. When you contact Lion's Den AI directly — for example, by calling our business line — our system may send you a text message to help and follow up. Businesses that license our software configure and register their own messaging programs separately, under their own consent and registration, and are responsible for their own compliance.
SMS messaging terms
When you contact Lion's Den AI — by calling our business line, or by agreeing during a call with our team — you may receive text messages from Lion's Den AI, including an automated reply if we miss your call, follow-up messages, and any demo link you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for help. We honor all opt-out requests promptly. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messages come only from Lion's Den AI to people who have directly contacted us; we do not message on behalf of third parties and do not use purchased lists. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to send unlawful, harassing, misleading, or unsolicited marketing messages. Messages are limited to responding to consumers who have initiated contact with us.
Fees
Businesses subscribing to the service agree to the pricing presented at sign-up. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time per the plan terms.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lion's Den AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
